利用規約

フィールドビンゴは、身のまわりの発見を楽しむアプリです。本規約は利用にあたっての条件を定めます。
1. 使用許諾
App Storeから取得したアプリには、Appleの標準エンドユーザー使用許諾契約（Standard EULA）が適用されます。本規約は、同契約を補完するものです。
2. 利用とお題について
お題は周囲を観察する遊びの手がかりです。特定の場所で必ず見つかることや、自然物・生き物の判別の正確さを保証するものではありません。合わないお題はカード作成時に入れ替えられます。設定する探索時間は目安であり、自動終了する制限時間ではありません。
周囲の安全と施設のルールを守って利用してください。車内モードは同乗者向けで、運転中の操作は行わないでください。
3. 写真・SEEDの共有
利用者が撮影した写真の権利は、利用者または該当する権利者に帰属します。フレーム付き写真やSEEDは共有できます。写った人や第三者の権利、共有先の利用条件に配慮してください。当方が利用者の写真を自動取得するものではありません。
4. 外部サービスと配信
確認後に開く画像検索、共有先などの外部サービスには、それぞれの利用条件が適用されます。当方は外部の検索結果を管理・保証しません。
お題・画像配信に対応する版では、取得したカタログや画像を利用します。追加・修正・提供停止を行うことがあり、通信状況によって更新できない場合があります。通常の探索は同梱・取得済みのデータで遊べます。過去のSEEDの復元には、対応するカタログの取得が必要になる場合があります。
5. 価格と購入
ダウンロード価格・配信条件は、公開後のApp Storeの表示に従います。現行実装に広告やApp内課金はありません。App Storeでの購入・返金にはAppleの条件が適用されます。
6. 知的財産・禁止事項
アプリのプログラム、当方が制作したデザイン・画像・お題などの権利は、当方または各権利者に帰属します。法令や適用されるライセンスで認められる場合を除き、無断での再配布、権利を侵害する利用、配信サービスの運用を妨げる行為は行わないでください。
7. 提供・責任
機能や配信内容を変更・停止する場合があります。動作や保存データの維持をすべての環境で保証するものではありません。当方の責任の制限は、適用される法令で認められる範囲に限ります。故意または重大な過失による責任、消費者保護法令その他の強行法規による権利を排除するものではありません。
8. 規約の変更・問い合わせ
変更した場合はこのページで案内し、更新日を記載します。情報の取り扱いはプライバシーポリシーを参照してください。

Last updated: October 14, 2026. Apple’s Standard EULA applies to the app obtained from the App Store. These terms supplement it.
Prompts are play ideas, not guarantees that an object will be present or correctly identified. Duration choices are estimates. Follow local safety and facility rules; car mode is for passengers, never for a driver operating the app while driving.
You retain rights to your photographs, subject to other rights holders. Framed photos and SEEDs may be shared; respect the rights of people shown and the destination’s terms. External image search and sharing services apply their own terms. Catalog-enabled versions may receive updates or require a matching catalog to restore a shared card.
Pricing and availability follow the App Store listing after release. The current implementation has no ads or in-app purchases. Apple handles App Store purchases and refunds. App code and supplied content belong to their rights holders. Features and delivery may change or stop. Any limits on responsibility apply only as permitted by law and do not exclude liability for intentional misconduct, gross negligence, or mandatory consumer rights.
