1. 使用許諾
本アプリ「縁起（ENGI）」は、Apple App Store の標準ライセンス契約（Apple の Licensed Application End User License Agreement）に基づき、個人的・非商業的な利用のために提供されます。本規約は同 EULA を補完するものです。
2. アプリ内課金
本アプリには、追加のプレイ内容を解放する非消耗型のアプリ内課金があります。課金・返金は Apple のポリシーに従います。購入済みの内容は「購入を復元」から復元できます。
3. 禁止事項
- 本アプリの複製、改変、リバースエンジニアリング、再配布
- 法令または公序良俗に反する利用
4. 免責
本アプリは「現状有姿」で提供され、特定目的への適合性等について明示・黙示を問わず保証しません。本アプリの利用により生じたいかなる損害についても、作者は責任を負いません。
5. 知的財産
本アプリおよびその内容（デザイン・音・ルール等）に関する権利は作者に帰属します。All rights reserved.
6. 準拠法
本規約は日本法に準拠します。

“Engi” is provided for personal, non-commercial use under Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. These Terms supplement that EULA.
2. In-App Purchases
The App offers a non-consumable in-app purchase that unlocks additional gameplay. Purchases and refunds follow Apple’s policies. Purchased content can be restored via “Restore Purchases.”
3. Prohibited Conduct
- Copying, modifying, reverse-engineering, or redistributing the App
- Any unlawful or improper use
4. Disclaimer
The App is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. The author is not liable for any damages arising from use of the App.
5. Intellectual Property
All rights in the App and its contents (design, sound, rules, etc.) belong to the author. All rights reserved.
6. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan.
