よくある質問
ランタンの燃料が減ります。どれくらいで戻りますか
ツルハシを振るたびに、燃料が少しずつ減ります。燃料は、坑道の外にいる間だけ、時間とともに戻ります（空から満タンまで、およそ 8 時間）。アプリを閉じている間も進みます。坑道の中にいる間は戻りません。
広告を見ると、どうなりますか
燃料が減っているときに限り、任意でリワード広告を見て、燃料を半分ぶん足せます。広告を見なくても、時間が経てば燃料は戻ります。満タンのときは広告を出しません。
広告を見たのに、燃料が増えません
広告を最後まで見たあと、サーバーでの確認に数秒かかります。増えていないときは、通信状態を確認して、しばらく待ってください。「あとで増える」と表示された場合は、アプリを開き直すか、ランタンの画面を開くと受け取れます。解決しないときは、起きた日時と端末の情報を添えてご連絡ください。
崩落すると、宝石は消えますか
崩落すると、その探索で掘り出した未鑑定の原石はすべて失います。すでに鑑定して収蔵に入れた宝石は、崩落しても減りません。
宝石や進行状況が消えました
ゲームの記録は端末の中にのみ保存しています。アプリを削除したり、端末のデータを消したりすると、記録も消えます。現在、端末間の引き継ぎには対応していません。
オフラインで遊べますか
遊べます。採掘・鑑定・コレクション・飾るは、通信なしで動きます。通信が必要なのは、発見の記録（発見された数・最初の発見者）と、広告で燃料を足すときだけです。通信できないときは、発見の記録は端末の中の暫定の値になり、通信できるようになってから送ります。
宝石の名前や、自分の名前を付けられますか
宝石の名前は、詳細の画面で自分好みの名前に変えられます。この名前は端末の中だけに保存され、サーバーには送りません。自分の名前（表示名）は設定で付けられます。半角の英数字と「_」「-」「.」の 16 文字までで、空にすると自動の識別子に戻ります。表示名は、あなたがその石の最初の発見者になったとき、ほかのプレイヤーに表示されます。
言語や、音・画面の揺れを変えたい
タイトル画面の歯車から設定を開きます。言語（日本語・English）、採掘とコレクションの画質、画面の揺れ、音の「あり / なし」を変えられます。言語を変えると、アプリを再読み込みします。
動作が重いです
設定で、採掘の画質とコレクションの画質を「軽い」にしてみてください。画面の揺れを「なし」にすると、揺れや傾きも止まります。
シーンの画像を保存できません
シーンの画像を写真に保存するときは、写真への「追加」の許可を求められます。許可していない場合は、iPhone の「設定」→「GEMSEED」から変えられます。共有の画面から、ほかのアプリへ送ることもできます。

How fast does the lantern fuel come back?
Each pickaxe swing uses a little fuel. Fuel comes back with time, but only while you are outside a mine — about 8 hours from empty to full, including while the app is closed.
What do ads do?
When your fuel is low, you can choose to watch a rewarded ad to refill half of it. You never have to; fuel also comes back with time. No ads are offered when the fuel is full.
I watched an ad but my fuel did not increase
After you watch an ad to the end, our server needs a few seconds to confirm it. Check your connection and wait a moment. If the app says the fuel will arrive later, reopen the app or open the lantern screen to receive it. If it still does not arrive, contact us with the time it happened and your device details.
Do I lose my gems if the mine collapses?
You lose the unappraised ore you dug on that trip. Gems that are already appraised and in your collection are never lost to a collapse.
My gems or progress disappeared
Game records are stored only on your device. Deleting the app or the device data deletes them too. Transfer between devices is not supported.
Can I play offline?
Yes. Mining, appraisal, the collection, and scenes work without a connection. A connection is needed only for discovery records (the number of finders and the first finder) and for adding fuel with an ad.
How do I change the language, sound, or screen shake?
Tap the gear on the title screen to open Settings. You can change the language, the mining and collection quality, screen shake, and sound. Changing the language reloads the app.
