利用規約 ― GEMSEED

1. 使用許諾
本アプリ「GEMSEED」は、Apple App Store の標準ライセンス契約（Apple の Licensed Application End User License Agreement）に基づき、個人的・非商業的な利用のために提供されます。本規約は同 EULA を補完するものです。
2. 広告
本アプリでは、ランタンの燃料を足すために、任意でリワード広告を視聴できます。広告の表示は利用者の選択によるもので、広告を視聴しなくても、燃料は時間とともに戻り、本アプリの基本的な利用ができます。
3. 表示名と発見の記録
設定で付けた表示名は、あなたが宝石の最初の発見者になったとき、ほかのプレイヤーに表示されます。他人を不快にさせる名前、他人になりすます名前、個人を特定できる名前は付けないでください。当方は、不適切と判断した表示名の使用を制限し、または変更を求めることがあります。
宝石の「発見された数」と「最初の発見者」は、遊びのための記録であり、正確性や永続性を保証しません。不正が疑われる場合などに、予告なく表示を取りやめることがあります。
4. 禁止事項
- 本アプリの複製、改変、リバースエンジニアリング、再配布
- 改造したアプリやプログラムによる、発見の記録や広告の報酬の不正な登録・取得
- 当方のサーバーへの不正なアクセスや、運営・広告配信を不正に妨害する行為
- 法令または公序良俗に反する利用
5. 免責
本アプリは「現状有姿」で提供され、特定目的への適合性等について明示・黙示を問わず保証しません。ゲームの記録は端末の中に保存されており、端末の故障やアプリの削除などによる記録の消失について、作者は責任を負いません。本アプリの利用により生じたいかなる損害についても、作者は責任を負いません。
宝石は SEED から自動で作られる架空のものです。名前・レアリティ・市場価値は、実在の宝石や相場とは関係ありません。
6. 知的財産
本アプリおよびその内容（デザイン・ルール・宝石の生成方法等）に関する権利は作者に帰属します。All rights reserved.
7. 準拠法
本規約は日本法に準拠します。

1. License
“GEMSEED” is provided for personal, non-commercial use under Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. These Terms supplement that EULA.
2. Advertising
You may choose to watch rewarded ads to add lantern fuel. Watching an ad is optional; fuel also comes back with time, and basic use of the App does not require ads.
3. Display Names and Discovery Records
The display name you set is shown to other players when you become the first finder of a gem. Do not use a name that offends others, impersonates others, or identifies you personally. We may restrict a display name we judge inappropriate or ask you to change it.
The number of finders and the first finder of a gem are records kept for play; we do not guarantee their accuracy or permanence. We may stop showing them without notice, for example when abuse is suspected.
4. Prohibited Conduct
- Copying, modifying, reverse-engineering, or redistributing the App
- Registering discovery records or obtaining ad rewards improperly through modified apps or programs
- Improper access to our servers, or interfering improperly with the App or advertising delivery
- Any unlawful or improper use
5. Disclaimer
The App is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Game records are stored on your device, and the author is not liable for losing them through device failure, deleting the App, or similar causes. The author is not liable for any damages arising from use of the App.
Gems are fictional, generated automatically from a SEED. Names, rarities and market values have nothing to do with real gemstones or real prices.
6. Intellectual Property
All rights in the App and its contents (design, rules, gem generation, etc.) belong to the author. All rights reserved.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan.
