1. 使用許諾
本アプリ「1マスちがう / ONE SQUARE」は、Apple App Store の標準ライセンス契約（Apple の Licensed Application End User License Agreement）に基づき、個人的・非商業的な利用のために提供されます。本規約は同 EULA を補完するものです。
2. 広告
本アプリでは、遊べる回数を追加するために、任意でリワード広告を視聴できます。広告の表示は利用者の選択によるもので、広告を視聴しなくても本アプリの基本的な利用はできます。
3. 禁止事項
- 本アプリの複製、改変、リバースエンジニアリング、再配布
- 法令または公序良俗に反する利用
- 本アプリの運営または広告配信を不正に妨害する行為
4. 免責
本アプリは「現状有姿」で提供され、特定目的への適合性等について明示・黙示を問わず保証しません。本アプリの利用により生じたいかなる損害についても、作者は責任を負いません。
5. 知的財産
本アプリおよびその内容（デザイン・音・ルール等）に関する権利は作者に帰属します。All rights reserved.
6. 準拠法
本規約は日本法に準拠します。

2. Advertising
You may choose to watch rewarded ads to add plays. Watching an ad is optional; basic use of the App does not require it.
3. Prohibited Conduct
- Copying, modifying, reverse-engineering, or redistributing the App
- Any unlawful or improper use
- Interfering improperly with the App or advertising delivery
4. Disclaimer
The App is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. The author is not liable for any damages arising from use of the App.
5. Intellectual Property
All rights in the App and its contents (design, sound, rules, etc.) belong to the author. All rights reserved.
6. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan.
