プライバシーポリシー ― TATEKAE

「TATEKAE」（以下「本アプリ」）は、利用者のプライバシーを尊重します。本ポリシーは、本アプリが情報をどのように取り扱うかを説明します。
1. 収集する情報
本アプリは、利用者の情報を収集しません。本アプリは通信を行わず、当方のサーバーや第三者へ情報を送信しません。アカウント登録やログインもありません。
2. 端末の中に保存する情報
本アプリで記録した次の情報は、すべてお使いの iPhone の中にのみ保存されます。当方がこれらを見ることはできません。
- 相手（立替を分けて管理する人）の名前。利用者が自由につけるもので、実名である必要はありません
- 立替の記録（メモ・金額・区分・日時）
- 精算の履歴（精算した日時・その時点の集計・精算に使ったモチーフ）
- お気に入り（名前・金額・区分・並び順）
- モチーフ・外観・アニメーションを減らす設定、使い方の紹介を表示したかどうか
端末のバックアップ（iCloud バックアップやパソコンへのバックアップ）を有効にしている場合、これらの情報は、Apple の仕組みにより端末の他のデータと同じようにバックアップに含まれることがあります。
3. 端末の機能へのアクセス
本アプリは、写真・カメラ・マイク・位置情報・連絡先・通知などの許可を求めません。
4. バックアップファイル
設定の「バックアップを書き出す」を使うと、記録・履歴・お気に入りを含むファイルを作成し、利用者が選んだ場所に保存します。このファイルには相手の名前、金額やメモなどの記録が含まれ、暗号化されません。保存先や共有先は利用者が選ぶもので、当方には送信されません。ファイルの取り扱いにはご注意ください。
「バックアップから復元」で「完全に置き換える」を選ぶと、置き換えの前に、そのときのデータを本アプリの書類フォルダ（「ファイル」アプリの「このiPhone内」→「TATEKAE」→「AutoBackups」）に自動で保存します。直近 5 件まで残り、設定の「すべてのデータを削除」を行うと、これらも削除されます。
5. 広告・解析・トラッキング
本アプリは、広告、アクセス解析、クラッシュレポートの送信を行いません。トラッキングも行いません。iOS のトラッキング許可（App Tracking Transparency）は求めず、広告識別子（IDFA）も使いません。アプリ内課金はなく、決済に関する情報も扱いません。
6. 情報の共有
本アプリは情報を収集しないため、情報を第三者に提供・販売することはありません。
7. 記録の削除
設定の「すべてのデータを削除」で、本アプリの相手・記録・履歴・お気に入りと、復元前の自動バックアップを削除できます。相手を個別に削除することもでき、その場合は、その相手の記録と履歴も削除されます。アプリを削除した場合も、端末の中の記録はすべて削除されます（端末のバックアップに含まれている分や、利用者が書き出したバックアップファイルは、それぞれの管理に従います）。
8. お子さまのプライバシー
本アプリは特定の年齢層に向けて作られたものではなく、13歳未満の方を含め、利用者から個人情報を収集することはありません。
9. ポリシーの変更
本ポリシーは必要に応じて改訂されることがあります。重要な変更は本ページに掲載します。

“TATEKAE” (the “App”) respects your privacy. This policy explains how the App handles information.
Information we collect
The App does not collect any information about you. It does not access the network and sends nothing to our servers or to any third party. There are no accounts or logins.
Information stored on your device
The names of the people you keep separate ledgers for (free text; they do not have to be real names), your records (memo, amount, type, date), settlement history, favorites, and settings are stored only on your iPhone. We cannot see them. If device backups (iCloud Backup or a computer backup) are enabled, Apple may include this data in those backups like other app data.
Device features
The App does not request access to your photos, camera, microphone, location, contacts, or notifications.
Backup files
“Export backup” in Settings creates a file containing the names you entered, your records, history, and favorites, and saves it where you choose. It is not encrypted and is not sent to us. Please handle the file with care. When you restore with “Replace everything”, the App first saves your current data to its own Documents folder (Files app › On My iPhone › TATEKAE › AutoBackups), keeping the latest five copies; “Delete all data” in Settings removes them too.
Advertising, analytics and tracking
The App has no ads, analytics or crash reporting. The App does not track you. It does not request tracking permission (App Tracking Transparency) and does not use the advertising identifier (IDFA). There are no in-app purchases, so we handle no payment information.
Sharing
Because we collect nothing, we share or sell nothing.
Deleting your data
“Delete all data” in Settings removes the App’s people, records, history, favorites, and automatic backups. You can also delete one person, which removes that person’s records and history. Deleting the App also removes all of its data from your device (copies in device backups and backup files you exported follow their own rules).
