利用規約 ― ゆる資産とらっかー

1. 使用許諾

本アプリ「ゆる資産とらっかー」は、Apple App Store の標準ライセンス契約（Apple の Licensed Application End User License Agreement）に基づき、個人的・非商業的な利用のために提供されます。本規約は同 EULA を補完するものです。

2. App内課金

本アプリには、マスコットを1体ずつ解放する非消耗型のApp内課金があります。購入は任意で、購入しなくても本アプリの機能はすべて利用できます。課金・返金は Apple のポリシーに従います。購入済みのマスコットは、設定の「購入を復元」から復元できます。

3. 金額と表示について

本アプリは、利用者が入力した金額をもとに、合計や増減をおおまかに表示するものです。表示は丸めて「だいたい」で示します。金融機関の残高と照合するものではなく、投資・税務・会計などの判断の根拠として使うことは想定していません。

本アプリの複製、改変、リバースエンジニアリング、再配布
法令または公序良俗に反する利用

5. 免責

本アプリは「現状有姿」で提供され、特定目的への適合性等について明示・黙示を問わず保証しません。データは端末の中にのみ保存されるため、端末の故障や本アプリの削除によって失われることがあります。本アプリの利用により生じたいかなる損害についても、作者は責任を負いません。

1. License

“Yuru Shisan Tracker” is provided for personal, non-commercial use under Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. These Terms supplement that EULA.

2. In-App Purchases

The App offers optional non-consumable in-app purchases that unlock mascots one at a time. All features of the App are available without purchasing. Purchases and refunds follow Apple’s policies. Purchased mascots can be restored via “Restore Purchases” in Settings.

3. Amounts and Display

The App shows rounded, approximate totals based on amounts you enter. It is not reconciled with any financial institution and is not intended as a basis for investment, tax, or accounting decisions.

Copying, modifying, reverse-engineering, or redistributing the App
Any unlawful or improper use

5. Disclaimer

The App is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Data is stored only on your device and may be lost if the device fails or the App is deleted. The author is not liable for any damages arising from use of the App.
