「KOTOKOTO」（以下「本アプリ」）は、利用者のプライバシーを尊重します。本ポリシーは、本アプリが情報をどのように取り扱うかを説明します。
1. 収集する情報
本アプリは、利用者の情報を収集しません。本アプリは通信を行わず、当方のサーバーや第三者へ情報を送信しません。アカウント登録やログインもありません。
2. 端末の中に保存する情報
本アプリで記録した次の情報は、すべてお使いの iPhone の中にのみ保存されます。当方がこれらを見ることはできません。
- 案件の名前・金額・日付・状態・タグ・コメント・メモ・在庫数・想定売価・期限などの記録
- 案件や取引に添付した画像（選んだ写真を縮小・圧縮して、アプリの中に保存します）
- テーマ・触覚フィードバック・金額の入力方式・通貨などの設定
端末のバックアップ（iCloud バックアップやパソコンへのバックアップ）を有効にしている場合、これらの情報は、Apple の仕組みにより端末の他のデータと同じようにバックアップに含まれることがあります。
3. 写真
画像を添付するときは、iOS の写真ピッカーを使います。本アプリが読み込むのは、利用者がピッカーで選んだ写真だけで、写真ライブラリ全体へのアクセス許可は求めません。
4. 通知
案件の期限リマインダーを有効にした場合に限り、通知の許可を求めます。通知は端末の中で予約されるローカル通知で、通知の内容（案件名）が外部に送信されることはありません。
5. バックアップファイル
設定の「バックアップを書き出す」を使うと、記録（選んだ場合は画像も）を含むファイルを作成し、利用者が選んだ場所に保存します。このファイルには金額などの記録が含まれます。保存先や共有先は利用者が選ぶもので、当方には送信されません。ファイルの取り扱いにはご注意ください。
6. 広告・解析・トラッキング
本アプリは、広告、アクセス解析、クラッシュレポートの送信を行いません。トラッキングも行いません。iOS のトラッキング許可（App Tracking Transparency）は求めず、広告識別子（IDFA）も使いません。アプリ内課金はなく、決済に関する情報も扱いません。
7. 情報の共有
本アプリは情報を収集しないため、情報を第三者に提供・販売することはありません。
8. 記録の削除
設定の「すべてのデータを削除」で、本アプリの記録と画像を削除できます。アプリを削除した場合も、端末の中の記録はすべて削除されます（端末のバックアップに含まれている分は、そのバックアップの管理に従います）。
9. お子さまのプライバシー
本アプリは特定の年齢層に向けて作られたものではなく、13歳未満の方を含め、利用者から個人情報を収集することはありません。
10. ポリシーの変更
本ポリシーは必要に応じて改訂されることがあります。重要な変更は本ページに掲載します。

“KOTOKOTO” (the “App”) respects your privacy. This policy explains how the App handles information.
Information we collect
The App does not collect any information about you. It does not access the network and sends nothing to our servers or to any third party. There are no accounts or logins.
Information stored on your device
Your deals and transactions (names, amounts, dates, statuses, tags, comments, notes, stock counts, estimated prices, due dates), images you attach, and your settings are stored only on your iPhone. We cannot see them. If device backups (iCloud Backup or a computer backup) are enabled, Apple may include this data in those backups like other app data.
Photos
Images are attached through the iOS photo picker. The App reads only the photos you pick and does not request access to your whole photo library. Picked images are resized and compressed and stored inside the App.
Notifications
Only if you turn on a due-date reminder does the App ask for permission to send notifications. Reminders are local notifications scheduled on your device; their content is never sent anywhere.
Backup files
“Export backup” in Settings creates a file containing your records (and images, if you choose) and saves it where you choose. It is not sent to us. Please handle the file with care, as it contains your amounts and notes.
Advertising, analytics and tracking
The App has no ads, analytics or crash reporting. The App does not track you. It does not request tracking permission (App Tracking Transparency) and does not use the advertising identifier (IDFA). There are no in-app purchases, so we handle no payment information.
Sharing
Because we collect nothing, we share or sell nothing.
Deleting your data
“Delete all data” in Settings removes the App’s records and images. Deleting the App also removes all of its data from your device (copies in device backups follow the rules of those backups).
