1. 使用許諾
本アプリ「KOTOKOTO」は、Apple App Store の標準ライセンス契約（Apple の Licensed Application End User License Agreement）に基づき、個人的・非商業的な利用のために提供されます。本規約は同 EULA を補完するものです。
2. 本アプリの性質
本アプリは、利用者が入力した金額をもとに収支を記録・集計するための道具です。賭博・投資・物品の売買を勧誘、仲介、または実行する機能はなく、金融・税務・法律に関する助言を提供するものではありません。
集計結果や「予想」として表示される想定損益は、利用者が入力した値に基づく参考情報です。実際の損益・税額・資産の評価を保証するものではありません。確定申告など公的な手続きには、取引の記録や専門家の確認に基づく正確な数値を用いてください。
3. 法令の遵守
本アプリで記録する取引は、利用者の責任において、お住まいの地域の法令に従って行ってください。本アプリは違法な賭博その他の違法行為を目的とした利用を想定していません。
4. 禁止事項
- 本アプリの複製、改変、リバースエンジニアリング、再配布
- 法令または公序良俗に反する利用
5. 免責
本アプリは「現状有姿」で提供され、特定目的への適合性等について明示・黙示を問わず保証しません。記録は端末の中に保存されており、端末の故障やアプリの削除、バックアップファイルの紛失などによる記録の消失について、作者は責任を負いません。計算結果に基づく判断や本アプリの利用により生じたいかなる損害についても、作者は責任を負いません。
6. 知的財産
本アプリおよびその内容（デザイン・ロゴ・ダイヤル等）に関する権利は作者に帰属します。All rights reserved.
7. 準拠法
本規約は日本法に準拠します。

“KOTOKOTO” is provided for personal, non-commercial use under Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. These Terms supplement that EULA.
2. Nature of the App
The App is a tool for recording and totaling amounts you enter. It does not solicit, broker, or carry out gambling, investment, or trading, and it does not provide financial, tax, or legal advice. Totals and forecast figures are reference information based on your input and are not guaranteed to reflect actual profit, tax, or asset value.
3. Compliance with Laws
You are responsible for making sure that the activities you record comply with the laws where you live. The App is not intended for use in connection with illegal gambling or any other unlawful activity.
4. Prohibited Conduct
- Copying, modifying, reverse-engineering, or redistributing the App
- Any unlawful or improper use
5. Disclaimer
The App is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Records are stored on your device, and the author is not liable for losing them through device failure, deleting the App, losing backup files, or similar causes. The author is not liable for any damages arising from decisions based on the App’s calculations or from use of the App.
6. Intellectual Property
All rights in the App and its contents (design, logo, dial, etc.) belong to the author. All rights reserved.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan.
